Abstract(in English) Probabilistic Latent Semantic Analysis and Latent Dirichlet analysis are models to analyze images and documents. This paper proposes a novel method for initializing values of model parameters using weighted information theoretic clustering. Experimental results for text data sets are presented to show the effectiveness of proposed method.
