Abstract(in English) | The ultrasound cardiography (CTG) , which is based on the principle of ultrasound Doppler, is widely used for the monitoring of fetal well-being. Moreover, the monitoring of fetal heart rate variability (FHRV), which is similar to RR interval of electrocardiography(ECG) is necessary to evaluate the fetal well-being in detail. ECG is the most useful to monitor the FHRV, because the accuracy rate of RR interval time can be measured. However, ECG is cannot be utilized to measure of the FHRV. Therefore, the novel and classical non-invasive method to monitor FHR by using the fetal heart sound, has been proposed and investigated. This paper describes a idea of the system to measure FHRV by using fetal heart sound obtained through the conventional ultrasound CTG, and discusses the basic properties for spectrogram of fetal heart sound obtained within highly noisy environment using modern acoustic processing techniques. |
