Abstract(in English) | We have been working on development of power saving wireless devices, especially working on wireless protocol firmware.When implementing the power saving wireless protocols standardized by organizations such as IEEE and etc., we are often faced with various problems due to hardware limitation, and so on.For instance, in IEEE802.15.6(Body Area Network), time synchronization is required between transmitters and receivers to realize power saving operation, and thus real time clock (RTC) is utilized on each device.When utilizing RTC, implementation of communication protocol must consider and compensate difference of characteristics among RTC devices on each transmitter and receiver.In this presentation, we introduce the power saving protocol of IEEE802.15.6, and show both some problems and solutions for them in implementing the power saving protocol complying with IEEE802.15.6. |
