| Abstract(in English) | The number of layers and quality of graphenes synthesized by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) depends on the type of metal substrates. Typical CVDs of graphenes uses Cu and Ni as the metal substrates. However the details of graphene synthesis on metal alloy has not been clarified. Here, we report that the graphene synthesis on cupronickel, which is a metal alloy of Cu and Ni. |
