QoE Estimation model for Web-browsing

Abstract(in English) The main factor of user quality of experience (QoE) for web-browsing is the waiting time required to load a Web page. An increase in Web-page load time has an impact on users’ behavior. Amazon calculated that a page-load slowdown of just one second could cost it $1.6 billion in sales each year. Google reported that half a second delay caused a 20% dropin traffic. To provide web-browsing services with appropriate quality, designing and controlling quality based on QoE is important. For this purpose, a Web-browsing QoE estimation model is needed. In this paper, we propose a web-browsing QoE estimation model and discuss the verification results.
