| Abstract(in English) | Many companies need to transfer their experienced managers' skills into their young employees. Since managers specialize in a large range of skills, to understand the skills’ structure realizes efficient skill transfer. In our experiment, we conducted an interview and a workshop where managers had conversations with young employees. And we extracted the managers’ skills. The results show that skills in bringing out their subordinate’s motivation, guiding them, understanding them, and comprehending their circumstances make up the foundation of an experienced manager’s skill set. |
