Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Rapid battery chargers of electric vehicles which are installed at many places may generates radiated noise, and lead to a malfunction of other equipment. Radiated noise from the battery charger itself can be blocked by shield effect of the metal case, but the battery charger cable is outside of the case. Therefore, the battery charger cable become an antenna of radiated noise from the battery charger. This paper proposes an active common filter capable of reducing radiated noise from the battery charger cable. The active common filter consists of a passive filter installed a root of the cable, and an active circuit. Experimental results show that the proposed filter can decrease radiated noise from the cable, in frequency 10 to 100 MHz.
