| Abstract(in English) | Power converter circuits using power devices are widely used to industry applications and home appliances, and these circuits are contributed to saving energy. Recently, photovoltaic and wind power generation are also applied for generating electric energy. In addition, it expected to use SiC and GaN power devices in the field of power electronics. This paper presents the leading-edge-technology of EMC on the power converter circuit. |
