Abstract(in English) | Recently,control technology during surgery anesthesia aimed to assist the work of an anesthesiologist is expected as one of the technology to contribute to efficiency and reliability of the medicine.In order to control anesthesia reliably , it is necessary to meet the requirements based on biological information indicating the effect of the anesthesia and constraints of doseage.In this study, we proposed an adaptive algorithm of controlling anesthetic dosage by the feedback control based on the model prediction and the biological information of the anestheticeffect.And we will show that it is possible to satisfy the requirements in anethesia during surgery when using the proposed scheme than algorithm based on manual dosing. |
