Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We tried to develop the emotional estimation method which combines the gazeinformation with the visual saliency. The experiment was performed by presenting pleasant and unpleasant images to subjects. The gaze of subjects during the presentation of stimulus images was measured by using the gaze tracker (Tobii X2-30). The numbers of visual fixation in the salient and non-salient regions of the presented image were used in this analysis. From the experimental result, the number of visual fixation in the salient region of stimulus image during the unpleasant image presentation was significantly lower than that during the pleasant image presentation.
