| Abstract(in English) | Wireless communication system is been improved and changed rapidly, so miniaturization and flexible of electronic device is required. To make flexible device, use PES substrate. But wavelength of passive device at the PES substrate is longer than silicon substrate one. This work to get short wavelength and flexibility, we suggest graphene-based electronic device. |
