| Abstract(in English) | From 2016, IEICE Communications Society (IEICE-CS) has provided a trial service of a complete electronic publishing of the technical report, in the part of workshops held by the technical committees. The aim of this trial is to discontinue distribution of the technical report in book form, on which discussions are still underway by the members of council of technical committee representatives, IEICE-CS. In this report, the authors explain some additional design of the IEICE technical committee submission system to support the trial service. The implementation results are also described with some web page images. |
