| Abstract(in English) | In the pervious paper， a MACKEY(Metamaterial Antenna Chip developed by KIT EOE Labo-ratory) was proposed and shown that MACKEY was a very small antenna and also it worked not only in free space but also no a metalic plate． In this paper， a dual band MACKEY with offset feed will be shown． And the characteristics will be verified by analytical and measured results． |
