Application Method of Multiple Label Propagation Algorithm with LOD of CityData

Abstract(in English) Recently, the activities related to open data in the central administrative and universities have been of particular interests, especially Linked Open Data (LOD) has been attracting attention. Although Open Data is desired to be standardized, the current LOD is not enough unified by depending on each organization or developers. The topologies of the LOD in the CityData are similar to the stars and each data does not link enough with other data. This paper presents the linking methods by introducing the proposed multiple label propagation algorithm and shows the link performance characteristics of the real data in the CityData. The link performance has become better characteristics by using this algorithm. The link performance means the existence rate of the link between the data and also means that the ontologies have been constructed in the data.
