Abstract(in English) | In recent years, OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography) has being used to diagnosis the illness in blood vessel.OCT is an imaging device that takes picture of the slice of blood vessel in real time based on the interference of light.However, it is difficult for a person who is not a medical specialist to tell the condition of the blood vessel in OCT images.In this paper, we describe a method to detect the stent which is a small mesh tube used to treat narrow arteries caused by atherosclerosis.The candidates of the stent are first detected with a local mountain claiming based algorithm.These detected candidates are fed to Support Vector Machine (SVM) to detect the stents.Furthermore, the falsely detected stents are used to re-train the SVM to improve the performance of stent detection. |
