Microwave to DC Conversion with a Series Feedback Oscillator

Abstract(in English) Experiments converting the microwave power to the DC power were carried out using a series feedback oscillator with a bipolar transistor. The microwave power at a frequency of 2.99GHz was converted to the DC power at the maximum efficiency of 28% by the prototyped oscillator.
