Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We experimentally evaluated a relationship between display resolution and physiological and psychological state during searching task using a high-resolution A3-size 4K tablet. The task was to count the number of target characters in characters layout image. The results showed that NIRS (total Hb), an index of nervous system activity, during searching tasks, was significantly higher for 4K content than for 2K content. This result indicates that NIRS data on use of a 4K tablet for searching tasks supported our prior study results for viewing content.
