Abstract(in English) We propose a high speed tunable superconducting filter with a new dielectric drive mechanism. The bandpass filter is used the ideal transform function of the generalized Chebyshev function with real zero to obtain a linear phase characteristic. We also compared transmission responses with unloaded Q value of each resonator. As a result, in the case of the superconducting resonator (unloaded Q = 100000), insertion loss deviation characteristic was demonstrated to be a lower value. We have fabricated the tunable superconducting filter with the dielectric drive mechanism. The tunable filter had a low insertion loss of 0.3dB. In addition, maximum tuning speed was 2.66msec. Therefore, we realized the tunable superconducting filter with both low-loss and a high speed tuning.
