Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) It is expected that communication traffic demand for high-speed transportation services will increase in the future. In order to cope with the demand, high capacity communication technologies in millimeter wave band are under development. We have been investigating to generate millimeter wave bands signal with complex modulation by optical frequency multiplier. In this paper, we report evaluation results of 92 GHz 250 Msymbol/sec QPSK signals by optical doubler.
