| 抄録(和) | 本報告は，自動運転のような複雑なシステムのリスクアセスメントを効果的に実施する方法を論じている．まず，安全関連リスクに一般的リスクの定義を適用した場合でのポジティブリスクとネガティブリスクの考え方について提案して，安全関連リスクのうち個人的リスクを危害の発生確率と重篤度の組合せとして，社会的リスクを目的に対する不確かさの影響として評価すべきことを述べている．そして，開発中の自動運転による衝突事象に関して，機能安全手法に基づき，個人的リスクを車両当たりの衝突事象率で，社会的リスクを年間100万台当たりの車両における事象頻度予測値及び予測値からの乖離確率とで評価した事例を示している． |
| 抄録(英) | The present paper discusses how to analyze and assess the risks created by self-driving cars being in large-scale worldwide development based on the functional safety principles. Firstly this paper applies the concepts of positive and negative risks to the safety-related risk. Next it proposes that the individual risk of safety-related risks should be defined as the combination of the probability of occurrence of harm and the severity of that harm, however, the social risk of safety-related risks should be defines as the effect of uncertainty on objectives. Then, it is demonstrated to apply the collision event rate for the individual risk, and both the expected number of collision events ppm per year and the probabilities of positive and negative possible deviations from the expected for the social risk. |
