Abstract(in English) We have calculated the connection probability between the source and the drain electrode based on triangular lattice percolation model. The connection probability between the source and the drain were calculated for small particle and for large particle whose diameter is 5 times larger than that of the small one. Electrodes were fabricated on chips and gold nano particles were dispersed by repeating dropping gold nano particle solution onto the chip. Experimental results obtained from resistance measurement between the source and the drain electrodes were fitted to calculated results.
