Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) When microwave device is used for heating, the loading with dielectrics such as the deionized water in a resonator, the resonant frequency shifts to the low side by the wavelength abridgment. Oppositely, in the loading with the electric conductive materials, the resonant frequency sometimes shifts to the high frequency side. In this report, we clarify why the resonant frequency shifts to the high frequency side.
