Abstract(in English) In mobile networks, Quality of Service (QoS) of end-to-end connections is affected by the performance of various network components such as servers, routers, base stations, etc. In order to estimate a quality of each component such as delay, we propose a novel scheme based on Graph Fourier Transform (GFT) and Compressed Sensing (CS). The proposed scheme is a kind of network tomography schemes, and estimates the qualities from end-to-end measurements collected by crowdsourcing. Under assumptions of spatial dependence in the performance of base stations and sparsity in the performance of servers, it estimates the qualities of base stations in the GFT domain and the qualities of servers by means of CS. We evaluate the performance of the proposed scheme through simulations.
