Construction of Semantic Network Using Restricted Boltzmann Machine

Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose a new kind of neural network type semantic network utilizing distributed representation. The proposed network is composed of several RBMs and can treat inheritance and exception processing. Distributed representation is obtained by word2vec method and 6.15GB Wikipedia corpus. The proposed network enables consideration of semantic similarity between words and is robust for unknown words and variation of expression. The results of computer experiments have shown the effectiveness of the proposed network.
