Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We conduct experiments that simulate the staff cooperation in typical nursing homes. In the experiments, there are four persons working in a field, and they occasionally work together. Considering the real situation, we give penalty for the case that less than two persons can respond to nurse calls. We examine the work schedules obtained under various communication protocols. Moreover, in order to compare the schedules with an optimal one, we formulate the problem as a mixed integer linear programming problem and solve it by an optimization solver.
