| Abstract(in English) | Railway driver is required to take appropriate response at the time of various unusual.As education for the unusual situation, we have introduced the Vocational Simulator for Railway Driver Coping with Extraordinary Conditions in 2014. However, instructors did not have know-how of simulator training. Therefore, in order to upgrading the instructor's skill of simulator training, we made up for instructors work and carried out exchange of ideas between the fields. As a result, instructors came to a variety of ideas in simulator training. |
