Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Optical communication traffic continues to increase, however, the transmission capacity of conventional single-mode fiber has now reached the maximum value. Multicore fiber which has plural cores was proposed. In this paper, we report the optical characteristics of 7-core and 19-core MU-type MCF connectors with Oldham coupling mechanism.
