Study on mental stress and auditory stimulation cycle at the time of heart sound listening

Abstract(in English) There are many stress reduction methods such as sleep, bathing and aromatherapy. Research to reduce the stress by using the auditory stimuli has also been studied. Heartbeat sound of the auditory stimulus has been reported to reduce stress. However, effect when varying the period of the auditory stimulus has yet to be revealed. In this research, we examined the relationship between the stress relieving effect at the time heart sound listening and the period of the auditory stimulation.
