Proper utterance timing of the dialogue considering the appearance frequency of dialogue tags

Abstract(in English) In this research, to analyze the proper utterance timing in the dialogue system, we have analyzed the impression of the timing in the two dialogue contents. In this experiment, the dialogue contents was composed of the three sentence and these were selected based on the statistical results of tagged dialogue corpus. The 6 response timings including overlaps were prepared for the experiment and subjects evaluated them by pairwise comparison. As a result, it was suggested that the utterance timing from 400 to 600msec gave better impression in the usual conversation.
