[Short Paper] Building an edge-based process framework for Winter Road Information Service

Abstract(in English) This paper shows features of Winter Road Information Service and technology and challenges for environment construction to implement the service. We defined the winter road information which drivers who drive winter road need, and considered the data which provides the information. We also proposed an application of Edge computing which enables prosessing data more fast to provide accurate and real-time information. Then, we considered the challenges which should be resolved and reviewed the research and development to implement the Winter Road Information Service on Edge .
