Abstract(in English) | Wideband decoupling for millimeter-wave is possible with the transmission line with extremely low characteristic impedance (0-Ω transmission line). The 0-Ω transmission line model has not yet been incorporated in circuit simulation, because it is very difficult to characterize. Since the 0-Ω transmission line is measured in a different measurement configuration to the ordinary two-port measurement, the measurement result is only the input impedance of the stubs. To construct the model, the characteristic impedance, the propagation constant and the impedance of the far end of the transmission line have to be extracted from the measured input impedance. In this paper, we evaluate the characteristic impedance, the propagation constant and the impedance of the far end of the transmission line by using the numerical search. The scalable model is built from this estimate. |
