Abstract(in English) Since the transmission loss in the millimeter wave band is high, the interface of the low loss is demanded.Method to convert inserted directly into the waveguide of the semiconductor substrate as a method of output at a low loss has been realized in the compound semiconductor. In previous studies, by devising a transmission line structure, even CMOS, it has been confirmed that can be converted. In this study, we examined the frequency dispersion of the waveguide and uncertainty of the back short length that occurs at the time of the design of the transmission line-to-waveguide . Further, it was confirmed that it is possible to take out the differential mode from the waveguide by an electromagnetic field simulation
