Abstract(in English) In this paper, the 500MHz band low power rectennas for DTV in Tokyo metropolitan area are described. The rectenna is consisting of the Cockcroft-Walton rectifier (1stage, 2atages) and the high-impedance folded dipole antenna for the higher output voltage. The developed rectenna achieves the rectification efficiency of 43.7%(1stage) and 22.1%(2stages) at -15dBm of the input power. Also experimental results in Tokyo metropolitan area indicate the output DC voltage of 0.17V@25km (1stage), 0.22V@25km (2stages).
