Abstract(in English) In this paper, the theoretical and experimental investigations on the Q-factor Qosc of FET oscillator with a parallel resonators are described. Qosc of the FET oscillator with a parallel resonators is formulated for theoretical investigations on the higher Qosc designs. To confirm the theoretical Qosc of the FET oscillator, the 800MHz band GaAsFET oscillators are implemented. And Qosc of the oscillators are extracted from the phase noise measurements. Experimental investigations clarity the effectiveness of the Qosc analysis formulated by Ohira.
