| Abstract(in English) | Gifu Prefecture’s Mizuho city has a lot of first-grade rivers flowing. Therefore, when a typhoon or heavy rains occur the damage caused by the flood is likely to increase. In this paper, the authors will develop an application that will show the residents to appropriate shelter in a safe and minimal way, in case a flood occurs. This application makes a graph using the current position and the evacuation site, performs a route calculation that takes into account the distance and degree of risk, and displays the optimum route to the user. |
