Abstract(in English) | The cut extraction, which divides a video into semantically continuous frames, has been discussed in many previous work about the video abstractions. In this paper, we propose a cut extraction method based on an analysis of videos which are edited from wide-angle multi-view videos shot by fixed-cameras. We analyzed the videos about a relationship between multi-camera locations and a viewing target location, and decided 4 conditions for switching viewpoints. The proposed method extracts cuts in consideration of the target movement prediction that an editor do unconsciously. An experiment evaluated errors between extracted cut frames and edited cut frames. We confirmed that our method shows higher recall decreasing the numbers of cuts and links than comparative methods. |
