| Abstract(in English) | It is difficult for museum visitors to appreciate exhibits without prior knowledge. Generally, explanation cards are used for providing knowledge about exhibition. However, explanation cards are designed from the curator’s viewpoint to explain the history of the exhibits, and not designed to help visitors find their original viewpoint. If a system supports the process of visitors’ finding of original viewpoint with information technology, it will be an effective tool for appreciation. In this research, we propose a tool for museum exhibition using a controllable spotlight and a high-resolution image viewer and investigate the effectiveness of the tool for appreciation. |
