Abstract(in English) | This paper proposes both a new PAPR reduction scheme for OFDM and demodulation method without side information. PAPR is reduced by PTS(Partial Transmit Sequences) whose phase coefficients are determined by iterative algorithm which minimizes infinity-norm of a transmitted signal. to uniquely determined phase coefficients for demodulation, its range is restricted. In the receiver, the phase coefficients are estimated by phase difference between equalizer output symbol and a candidate symbol. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme provides better PAPR performance than a conventional scheme. Moreover, the impact of limited phase on BER performance is evaluated. |
