Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose a new method to obtain comfortable feelings by giving 1/f fluctuations, which are to be effective to give calm and comfort to people in the music. Adding frequency and amplitude fluctuations, we set out to obtain more comfortable feelings. We use a control change in the MIDI format of the music, and add 1/f fluctuations of frequency and amplitude in the melody part of the music. Experiments by a pair comparison are conducted using a combination of fluctuations with different sizes. As a result, they have confirmed that more comfortable feelings can be obtained.
