Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we investigate power allocation method for physical layer security based wireless communication with dummy signal. One of approaches to increase secrecy capacity is water fi lling principle based power allocation in orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) based wireless communication. On the other hand, dummy based method can also achieve reasonable secrecy capacity performance while it can achieve less complexity. In this method, dummy data and secret data are allocated to sub-carriers in OFDM signal and pilot signal is employed to inform the location of the secret data. Appropriate power allocation between the pilot signal and secret data can provide improved secrecy capacity. In this paper, we propose a power setting based on numerical calculation. Numerical evaluation showed validity of the proposed power allocation method.
