Performance Evaluation of Collaborative Interference Canceller with Received Signal Frame Sharing

Abstract(in English) Let us assume that space division multiplexing (SDM) signal without precoding is transmitted at a base station (BS) with a number of antennas to mobile terminals (MTs) with fewer antennas. It will be intractable for a MT to decode the SDM signal by space linear filtering in the case of less degrees of freedom at the MT. Collaborative interference canceller (CIC) can be applied to decode the SDM signal with the enhancement of degrees of freedom at the MT by sharing other SDM signals received at the surrounding MTs with higher-frequency band wireless communications. In this manuscript, we show the performances of discrete-time coded radio over higher-frequency radio (DTC-RoHR) and discrete-time amplitude RoHR (DTA-RoHR) for a two-antenna BS and four single-antenna MTs.
