Abstract(in English) We have proposed the method based on Markov model for Measurement of Channel Occupancy Ratio and Channel Transition Ration. Our proposed technique is presumwd from energy detection. In this paper, we select some expensive sample of likelihood and collect likelihood information for update in likelihood update process.And we updata the likelihood information of the low likelihood sample.It's expected that this suggestion is lower complication in point of the calculated amount, and more higherly measurement than the conventional method.
