| Abstract(in English) | The appropriate introduction of methods and education materials on the assurance case is difficult for the organizations that are not well prepared for the assurance case knowledge both from the points of technology and management views. In this paper, the assurance case capability index is proposed to evaluate quantitatively practical preparedness of the assurance case from technical and management view points by defining and measuring critical factors. Considerations on the introduction of the assurance cases into practical software development projects are also explained based on the application of the capability index. |
