| 抄録(和) | 業務システムの複雑さを削減し、簡潔な開発・運用を促進するためのリエンジニアリング戦略を提案する。大規模な業務システムにおいて、ウォーターフォール開発でリエンジニアリングを実施しようとする場合、まず、現状の複雑かつ巨大なシステムを把握しなければならない。システム構造や作業内容を把握するためには、膨大なドキュメントを読み、必要な情報を抽出しなければならない。また、関係者間で必要事項を合意するための作業量も膨大となる。そのような場面において、私たちは、概念モデルのみを用いることにより、現状を理解した上で課題と解決策を単純・コンパクトな方向性で導出し、関係者間で合意することができると考え、実開発において一部実践した結果を報告する。 |
| 抄録(英) | We suggest a re-engineering strategy that we reduce the complexity of the business system and promote concise development and operation control. When you are going to carry out re-engineering by waterfall development in a large-scale business system, at first you must grasp the present complicated and huge system. You must read the enormous documents to keep system structure and work contents under control and must extract necessary information. In addition, it is necessary to agree a necessary matter between the people concerned, and the work loads become enormous. In such a scene, we have the ideas that you can derive some problems and solutions with simple compact directionality after having understood the present conditions by using only a conceptual model and think that you can agree between the people concerned. We report the result that we practiced in actual development partly. |
