Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A method for inducing rambling activities (unplanned stopping-by) of travellers and event participants is proposed. If people get interested in some spots that are away from their current positions, they would successively drop into these spots. Inverse perspective is introduced to display spots on a mobile terminal and to make a person aware of interesting spots distant from him. An experiment using Bluetooth beacons at an open laboratory confirmed: 1) a participant became curious about some laboratories, even though they were at some point distant from his present position; and 2) an analysis by TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) indicated that using our experiment system was free from effort and useful for strolling around without a particular destination.
