Abstract(in English) | Advances in nanotechnology that are remarkable improve techniques for development of nanodevices. In contrast, it is not decided the most appropriate information processing architecture for the devices yet. In relation to this, we focus on a “pulse signal generating and propagating medium” to develop new information-processing architecture for the nanodevices. In particular, we here demonstrate information-processing by constructing “neural networks” on the pulse signal generating and propagating medium by using computer simulation. As results of the demonstrations, we confirmed the medium showed correct and desired operations. In addition, the neural network on the medium could be controlled connecting weights. Although only the medium are targeted here, we believe the proposed architecture can be applied to any nanodevices that can become the “pulse signal generating and propagating medium”. |
