| 抄録(和) | グループにおける意思決定では，メンバー全員の意見が一致せず，決定事項に対して不満を感じるメンバーが生じることがある．この課題を解決するため，グループダイナミックスや会話分析の先行研究をふまえ，会話分析や発話特徴量抽出によって，グループの種別や状態を判定し，その状態等に応じて，適切な参考情報やアドバイスを提示する介入によって，グループにおける意思決定を支援するモデルを検討している．意思決定支援方法の検討にあたり，意思決定を行う会話参加メンバーの状態を把握する実験を実施した．会話中の参加メンバーの感性（「興味度」，「好き度」，「集中度」，「ストレス度」，「眠気度」）の状態変化を脳波計測によって把握した．その結果，討議におけるメンバーの討議状況に応じてストレス度などの感性の度合が変動する傾向がみられた．今後は，これらの傾向をふまえ，例えばストレスが少なく，満足度が高い意思決定会話を実現できるように，グループにおける意思決定を支援する手法を具体化していく． |
| 抄録(英) | We are studying a model of group decision support based on estimations of group status through utterance analysis. Based on methods used in prior studies of group dynamics and utterance analysis, we measured the utterance characteristics of members to infer group status; moreover, we aimed to enhance the overall condition of the group by providing appropriate reference information in a timely manner through a conversational agent. For the studying of this decision support, we had an experiment to clarify the state and change of participants in the conversation for the decision making. I grasped a state of the sensitivity (like, interest, concentration, stress, and drowsiness) of the participants. We found some tendencies indicating the relation between the participation situation and the level of the stress in the conversation. We will continue to study the support method in the decision making conversation for the high satisfaction based on the tendencies indicated in our experiment, for example, by reducing the stress of each speaker in the decision making conversation. |
