A Dynamic Resources Allocation Based on Learning Algorithm for Dense HetNets

Abstract(in English) One of the key challenges in dense heterogeneouswireless networks (HetNets) is to dynamically allocate the resourcessuch as power and channel in order to improve theenergy efficiency and throughput of the network. In this paper, we propose a dynamic channel assignment based on a learningalgorithm. Moreover, we combine it with a BS ON-OFF switchingalgorithm in order to improve the energy efficiency of the system. Especially, our proposed algorithm performs in a fully distributedway. Simulation results show that our proposed algorithm yieldsbetter performance in terms of average energy consumption andthroughput compared to the baseline algorithms.
