Abstract(in English) In 5th Generation Mobile Communication System (5G) which is a next-generation wireless communication system, Massive MIMO Transmission using Millimeter Wave has been considered. Particularly, we think that we can reduce interference at the time of the reception and improve MIMO performance by using orthogonal polarization. In this paper, we devised the antenna corresponding to the orthogonal polarization with plane structure and analyzed it using the FDTD method in a 30GHz band. Next, The obtained three-dimensional data of radiation pattern is embedded in the ray-trace method, and we examine using Massive-MIMO by Cross-Polarization in Dual-Polarized MIMO Antenna.
