Abstract(in English) It is difficult to directly observe immune cells of living organs without any invasion. Macrophage is the representative cell of immune cells. Recently, our study enables us to visualize individual macrophage in living mouse brain using 11.7 T magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanner. This paper proposes a dynamics quantification method for MR images to track the cellular dynamics. The method consists of noise reduction method and macrophage tracking method. The method has been applied to MRI data from model mice of brain stroke. The results showed that the tracking accuracy of the macrophages was improved by the noise reduction method. We also calculate the number of macrophages and the average velocity from each cerebral hemisphere.
